I started in the beverage alcohol business in 1999. I was hired out of college by a California winery and learned the wine business from the ground up. I held many different positions over 16+ years and never thought I would leave to start my own company. It wasn’t until I saw the difference between the wine business and the spirit business that there was opportunity for me to change the way people drink and think about spirits. Please look around and email me any questions you may have. All of my products are handmade by me and are unlike anything else on the market today. I am the only commercial producer of Applejohn, a traditional Applejack, in the USA. Look past high proof for high flavor, Applejohn.

I am committed to a fine wine approach to fine spirits. This means, I believe the best spirits comes from the best fruits, grains, and processes. Mainly distilled spirits are made from cheap, readily available grains, seconds of fruit, or just plain sugar. Beverage alcohol is for celebration, achievement, and fulfillment. Only the best!
